Fits for an medium built adult. Has 10 waist settings to adjust waist and 3 rise setting to adjust height of the diaper.

For active adults pull up style works better. For bedridden persons regular type works.

Both type comes with snaps to adjust sizes.  For pull up type – wear it like regular diaper and know the snap sizes. Fix those snaps first and wear it like pull up. Also it can be fixed to next size for easy wearing for pull up.

Comes with flats which needs to be folded like insert and used. They dries faster and also easy to wash.

3  type of absorbent flats to choose depends on wetting patter.

Cotton – Can work for day time, incontinence etc.

Bamboo organic cotton spandex – They absorb 50% more than cotton.

Hemp jersey – Absorbs double quantity than cotton – night time flat. All the flats are 100 cm * 100 cm
